As a methodology and thoughtful guidebook series, Parchments are the brainchild of David Henry: a Biblical scholar who has devoted his life to identifying and sharing innovative ways to study the Bible. For more than forty years, David has studied and taught the Bible to learners of all sorts. He holds BS and MDiv degrees in advanced biblical studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His theological training and personal life experience aided the development of his proprietary “inductive” approach for simplifying and enhancing the Bible study experience.
